James hit the ground running in his time as Associate Producer on Network 10’s The Project, taking on the myriad of tasks involved in the role such as identifying and compiling relevant footage for show segments, identifying and interviewing relevant guest voices, and supporting Editors and Lead Producers to ensure that the completion of segments for airtime was timely and at highest quality.

As a daily program, all segments produced for The Project in the role of Associate Producer were done within a single-day period, oftentimes demanding a flexibility and adaptability consistent with television production.
